Every session is carried out remotely unless you’d prefer to meet in person. There is nothing to prepare — you simply rest, or carry on with your day.
Spirit Guided Remote Spirit Release

Common questions
No. All remote sessions are carried out at the scheduled time whether you are resting, working or asleep. Many clients simply carry on with their day. If you’d like to lie quietly and rest during it, that’s lovely too — but it isn’t required.
Not at all. Clients come to this work from all sorts of perspectives — some through psychology, some through energy healing, some through spiritual practice. The outcome tends to be the same: feeling lighter, clearer and more like yourself.
Yes. I’m based in Chippenham, Wiltshire, and in-person sessions can be arranged if you’d prefer to meet. Please get in touch to arrange this rather than booking online.
Spirit release and psychic surgery sessions include a written report setting out what was found and cleared, along with aftercare guidance. The £35 Healing & Clearing Check includes only a short confirmation summary of one to three sentences — that’s part of what keeps it affordable.
